Oh wow. I've done about a dozen different versions of this post trying to express just how amazing today is for me but none of them seem to be doing it justice, not even the vlog where I sang "This Is Me!" which is the song that Demi Lovato sings at the end of Camp Rock...though I am still considering, as I'm typing this, including a verse or two despite the fact that I'm not singer simply because, well...
TYPING TIARA IS ONE YEAR OLD TODAY, YOU GUYS!!!!
I have no idea where to start. I have no idea where to end. Hence the reason I'll be making two posts about Typing Tiara's birthday this week, this introductory one and again on Saturday as a sort of wrap-up. Between now and then you guys have tons of awesome guest posts to look forward to from some of my very best blogging friends and one very special guest.
I just can't believe it.
One year. That's three hundred and sixty-five days. Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes and why yes, I did have to sing the song from Rent in order to come up with that number. That insane number. Those figures.
Just wow guys, just wow.
I'm hoping to do a better job at the end of this week of telling you guys just how much you mean to me, and doing the whole thank you thing properly, but for now I'm in shock. I still haven't come to terms with the fact that my reincarnated baby has turned one.
Okay. Where to begin?
This is probably Typing Tiara's third or fourth reincarnation, I never could settle on what exactly I wanted it to be...until I came across book blogs. A whole community based on people who loved books just as much as me, that's something I never really had in my day-to-day life. I was a reader but I had no one to share it with. That's when Typing Tiara turned to a YA Book Review Blog and I've never looked back. I love being able to share my thoughts with you guys. I love being able to spread the bookish gospel. I love...I just love books and this community.
So thank you guys, thank you for helping Typing Tiara reach the one year mark and for just being so durn welcoming. And for that, and just for that, I'm gonna sing...and hopefully not cause any severe ear damage.
Love you guys! <3
