Top Ten Tuesday: Desert Island Reads

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where a new topic is given each week by the host blog and participants write up a corresponding list of ten things. Simple, fun, and great for those obsessed with lists. This week's topic is: Top Ten Books  I'd Want On A Deserted Island!

Most of these books you'll recognize as absolute favorites of mine. They're books that really mean something to me or have stuck with me, books that I can reread time after time and still love and enjoy. The last two covers on the list? Well, I figured that maybe, just maybe, if I was trapped on a desert island and had nothing else to do I just might FINALLY have time to read them! xD

  1. I started reading Anna and the French Kiss yesterday and I can definitely understand why it's on the list - already I'm adoring it because it's just so adorable.

Great list. I've not read all that many of them but plan to get around to most of them very soon. :)

    1. It is. It really is. Lola is too but Anna just has a special place in my heart. I hope you end up loving the entire book as much as I did. :]

      Happy reading!

  2. Game of Thrones! The series took over my life this year. I think it lives up to the hype and I would love to have the series with me on an island for a reread. I loved Anna. Did you read My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick? It's another really fun, sweet romance. You have a great list! Here's mine http://wp.me/pzUn5-1ii

    1. Wow, really? I've been hesitant to start the first one on my own. I've been trying to recruit a friend or family member to go for it with me but no luck yet. I'm kind of intimidated by the book to be totally honest.

I haven't read My Life Next Door, but I'll definitely add it to my list. I'm always looking for sweet romances. Thank you for the recommendation! :]

  3. I thought about putting Ender's Game on my list, but it just didn't make it. I haven't even read half of these, so maybe I should check them out. Great list!
