  1. Oh my goodness Ash, you are SO fun to watch on camera!! Watching your v-log makes me desperately want to meet you, which MUST happen and soon!

I've started reading more contemporary lately too, so you're not alone in that department. :D I never thought that I would actually start reading contemp, but I've started reading more lately. I think this is what book blogging has done to me!

Haha, I love how you buy an entire series after reading the first book. I only buy the sequel of a book after I've read it's predecessor- I have this secret fear that I'll hate the book before it, and then I'd have wasted money on the sequel. I harbor this fear, so I usually don't buy more than one book of a series at one time.

And CONGRATS for finishing NaNoWriMo!! I am *so* proud of you Ash! And I'm excited for this novel, especially because your class liked it. =) You have to pinky promise to let me edit it, 'kay? I'm actually really great at editing, and I've helped improved a lot of stories, so I'd love it if you would let me work on your story! I sincerely think I could make it better, and after all, you need a younger teen's perspective on it, since it's YA after all!

Fantastic haul, Ash! Enjoy those goodies, and celebrate that NaNo win! <3

    1. LOL. Thank you, Aneeqah! I feel the same way when I get an e-mail notification saying I got a new comment from you on here. We definitely do have to work out a way to meet up someday. :]

YAY! You have to tell me what awesome ones you've been reading so that I can add them to my TBR and we can gush together. The gushing is half the fun! I blame book blogging too. I wasn't nearly as into contemporary before, I just pretty much devoured stacks of fantasy...and then I got blogging buddies who LOVE contemporary and kept pushing it on me...and now I have almost an entire bookcase of the stuff. xD

I used to do it that way but I've run into so many amazing series lately, series so good that I've wanted to devour them at once that I hate to leave anything to chance. So I buy them all up. I figure, worst case scenario and I don't enjoy the rest I'm bound to find a blogger that would want them so either surprise package or giveaways.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm just...I have the biggest grin on my face right now. As for my class liking it, they just got to read the first chapter and listen to me gush about it but what they heard they seemed to like so I might just have something htis time around. As for editing, I might just take you up on that. I hate editing and I'm pretty much awful at it. I usually have to have a friend or family member glance over my academic papers for me...I'm that bad. LOL. This particular novel is going to take a lot of work though since I was totally pantsing it. I mean, I just had a concept and a vague character in mind when I started so there are huge patches that just need to go. And even yet I'm not finished. -.-

      Thank you! <3
